Heroes of the Grave

This five-quest expansion pack is intended to be played by four heroes who have completed the HeroQuest core game system. The quest pack contains an updated version of The Mausoleum, a quest initially submitted to the 2024 HeroQuest Quest Jam, (hosted by Ash) as part of a story arc that sends the Heroes on adventures that all have something to do with a final resting place. 

The crypt is dark but for the torchlight of your host, Mentor, and his companion, an elderly woman who's brightly shining eyes betray her aged form. You are all standing in the center of a large burial chamber in the depths below the palace of the king.

Mentor greets you: “Well met, Heroes, but for the dankness of the air. I called you here to enlist your aid in helping investigate several strange occurrences that are happening in the realm, all having something to do with final resting places. It seems as though Zargon’s forces are attempting to use dread magic to summon the dead or otherwise conjure power from beyond the grave. I have called my long-time ally and dear companion, Galeena, to this meeting because she has vital information for you.”...
